Our land in Kfarhata
A family olive grove on stone terraces in Koura, North Lebanon.

Who we are
One family, and the olive trees on our stone terraces in Kfarhata, a village in the Koura district of North Lebanon.
Each autumn we pick the trees by hand, onto nets spread on the ground beneath them. The fruit goes into crates, then to the mill in Koura for our oil, or into jars: green olives in brine, and black olives in virgin olive oil. We also sell olive-oil soap, packed in bags of four bars with our label.
We have written the month on our jars since 2017. This year, for the first time, our harvest is sold through this shop.
