Organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) from our own trees on the terraces of Kfarhata, in the Koura hills of North Lebanon. Picked by hand and pressed the old way, under stone millstones, as our grandparents made it. It is cloudy and green-gold when it is new.

How we use it, and how to keep it
At the table
Over labneh, hummus and tomatoes, with bread to wipe the plate.
Keep it well
Somewhere cool and dark, lid on. Use it within a few months of opening.
